We are seeking result-oriented sales professionals to be a part of our dynamic and emerging sales team dealing with Information and Communication Technology Accounts.

What is the role?

• Identifying potential business customers using landline, broadband, mobile and PABX services
• Calling and face to face meetings with potential customers
• Uncovering customer needs and matching those with the latest offers and technology
• Hitting achievable sales targets and other KPIs consistently
• Accurate recording of appointments and sales visits in our CRM
• Providing an exceptional sales AND service experience to the customer
• Reporting into team leaders and liaison with line managers

What remuneration can you expect?

On offer is an attractive base package and an uncapped commission structure. You will also receive some of the best sales training on offer!

What are we looking for?
• People with the right attitude – passionate, eager and willing to learn
• Excellent numerical skills is a must
• Great abilities with Excel/Word/Power Point
• Tertiary education is preferable but not essential
• Previous sales experience is desirable or a background in telecommunications

We are actively seeking to appoint experienced and energetic call centre Sales Professionals based in our Brooklyn call centre.

If you have a strong calling history within local businesses then come on board and start a new, exciting and lucrative career today!

We have multiple positions available for those people who have great pride in their ability to excel in Sales and customer service. You will have a passion for managing Customers with the ultimate goal of providing a quality product and successful result for the customer.

Initially you will commence as a casual employee working full time hours and then be considered for a permanent role after based on your performance.

•Should have a minimum of 1 year call centre sales experience.
•Proven consistency in meeting/exceeding role KPI requirements
•Good problem solving ability
•Excellent communication skills
•Great work ethic
•Previous Telecommunication experience is essential.

In return you will be rewarded with great base pay along with commissions on achieving KPI’s.

It is essential you have strong computer literacy skills, previous call centre experience is preferred and are available to work a rotating roster Mon-Fri between 9.00am-7.00pm.
